A blend of 9 spices is used to give gingerbread nuts their traditional and famous flavor, such as cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. The chocolate we use is of top Belgian quality. The dark chocolate variants consist of 72% cocoa and the milk variations consist of 32% cocoa and 18% milk. This gives the gingerbread cookies an intense flavor.
